Dr. Thomas R. Downes earned his M.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock.  His residency was at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston/Salem, NC, and he continued there with his Cardiology fellowship.  Dr. Downes was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Bowman Gray School of Medicine.  He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

    Kurt Fahrenbrook received his Masters degree from the University of Northern Colorado and also completed his Residency there.  He received his Doctorate from the University of Florida.  He did his internship at the University Hospital Health & Human Services Center in Denver. He also obtained a certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.

    Kurt works out of Western Hearing Clinic in association with Western ENT Associates.  Kurt performs hearing aid checks, vertigo/balance assessment, and hearing evaluations.

    Kurt is married and has twin boys.  He enjoys to hunt, fish, and golf in his spare time.

    Dr. Ronda Neiderhauser is a clinical psychologist who treats general mental health needs with an emphasis in the area of chronic pain management, medication/treatment issues, sexual dysfunction, and issues relating to the adjustments of chronic illness diagnosis.

    Dr.  Shedd attended Medical School at the University School of Medicine in Rochester, NY and did his Internship and Residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.  He did his Fellowship on Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.  Dr. Shedd is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology Disease and Critical Care Medicine.

     Dr. James D. Thayer attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  He did his Internship and Surgical Residency at Southwest Michigan Area Health Education Center in Kalamazoo, MI.

    He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  He is also a member of many associations including the American Medical Association, and Nebraska Medical Association and he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

    Dr. Thayer is interested in a wide variety of General Surgical Procedures including Laparoscopic Surgeries and Intestinal Endoscopy.
